Kelsi Dixon is a licensed and board certified family nurse practitioner. She started her education by receiving a scholarship to play soccer at Georgia Southwestern State University where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She received her advanced training to become a family nurse practitioner at South University in Savannah, GA. Kelsi worked in the emergency department for 3 years, gaining knowledge of the entire medical profession prior to focusing exclusively on dermatology. She then went to work in a large, multi site dermatology practice centered in Macon, GA where she worked for the last 5 years. Kelsi is a native of Ft Myers, FL and is excited to be moving home with her husband and children.
Kelsi is focused on providing outstanding care for her patients with an emphasis on collaborative treatment for the entire body. She believes strongly in engaging with the patient to make certain that all questions and concerns are answered. Kelsi strives to improve her own education every day to bring the most modern and state of the art methods in dermatology to her patients. She is caring and compassionate with a gentle touch, as patient comfort is paramount for all procedures.
Kelsi is excited to be joining Houck Dermatology in Estero and looks forward to providing the community of southwest Florida the best and most advanced dermatology care available!
